Kinesiology
Kinesiology helps you explore issues through the holistic lens of mind, body and spirit. This modality works with acupressure points and muscles to help you gain awareness and balance stress around mental, emotional, and spiritual blocks preventing you from functioning at your best.
First session: $150 (allow 90 minutes)
Follow ups: $110 (60 minutes)
Transpersonal Art Therapy
Transpersonal Art Therapy helps you explore issues through creativity and counselling, using a combination of meditation with crayons, pastels, paints, clay, poetry or collage. See your journey, and yourself, from a new perspective. You don’t have to be ‘artistic’ to enjoy art therapy!
First session: $150 (allow 90 minutes)
Follow ups: $110 (60 minutes)
Heal Your Life (R) Coaching
Heal Your Life (R) Coaching helps you review your life as a whole so you can move towards achieving a specific goal, whether that’s around health, career, finances, relationships, or something else. HYL Coaching draws from the philiosophies of personal development leader, Louise Hay.
First session: $150 (allow 90 minutes)
Follow ups: $110 (60 minutes)
Numerology
Numerology is the study of numbers, and uses your birth date to provide a framework for you to understand more about yourself, your strengths, and where you’re up to on your life’s journey.
Understand more about yourself by booking in for your own numerology report and consultation.
Prior to your appointment, a personalised numerology report will be developed using your birth date and includes your Ruling Number, Birth Grid, Day Number, Personal Year, and Pyramid Peaks.
At your numerology consultation, we’ll review your report together to ensure you understand what it contains. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how to take what you've learned from your report and apply it to your life, to leverage your strengths and further develop life skills.
Report preparation + 60 minute Consultation: $220
You will be emailed a copy of your report after your appointment.
End of Life Doula
An end-of-life doula is a non-medical role that provides guidance and support for someone preparing for or transitioning through their end of life, or for someone close to them.
Services needed vary from person to person, family to family. You may be interested in receiving:
Assistance with creating an intimate, peaceful and spiritual transition at the end of life.
Comfort and support throughout the end-of-life and after-passing journey for all involved.
Compassionate listening to shared concerns and fears, hopes and dreams, plans and desires.
Companionship while transitioning through stages of awareness, understanding, and change.
Complementary care through reiki, aromatherapy, kinesiology, meditation.
Fees start at $110 per hour, with packages available for longer term arrangements.
