Spinal Flow Technique
Support your body to release stress and restore balance
Your body already knows how to heal.
When stress, tension, and life experiences build up, the body doesn’t always get the chance to release them. Over time, this can affect how you feel, move, and function.
Spinal Flow Technique works with your nervous system to help restore movement, clarity, and balance from within.
What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow Technique is a modality that works with the spine and nervous system to support the body in releasing stored stress, tension, and overwhelm.
By accessing specific points at the base of the spine and on the head, it helps the body reconnect with its natural ability to regulate, restore, and rebalance.
This isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about allowing the body to do what it’s designed to do.
Why your body holds stress
Life doesn’t just happen in your mind — it’s stored in your body.
Emotional stress, physical strain, and ongoing pressure can build up over time. When that stress isn’t released, the body adapts.
You might notice:
Ongoing tension or discomfort
Fatigue or low energy
Mental fog or overwhelm
A sense that your body isn’t functioning as it should
These aren’t random symptoms.
They are signs your body has been holding more than it should.
How Spinal Flow works
Spinal Flow Technique supports the body through a simple, structured process:
01
We connect with your body
Your session begins by identifying where stress is being held and where support is needed.
02
Spinal Flow is applied
Using access points along the spine, the nervous system is supported to release stored stress.
03
Your body responds
As tension begins to shift, the body moves toward better balance, improved function, and greater ease.
Why multiple sessions matter
Real change happens through a process — not a one-off session.
Your body has spent time adapting to stress, tension, and stored experiences. Unwinding that takes time.
Spinal Flow Technique works progressively, with each session building on the last. The body releases stress in layers, not all at once.
For this reason, sessions are typically booked closer together in the beginning to support momentum and allow the nervous system to fully respond.
As your body begins to shift, sessions can then be spaced out to support ongoing balance.
What you may experience
Spinal Flow sessions are calm and gentle.
Clients remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a treatment table. During the session, Gillian makes light contacts on specific points at the base of the spine and on the head that communicate with the nervous system.
From there, the body begins to respond in its own way.
Every body is different, but many people begin to notice:
A greater sense of ease in the body
Improved energy and clarity
Reduced tension and discomfort
Feeling more grounded and connected
Not because something is being “fixed” —
but because your body is no longer working so hard to compensate.
