Book an appointment.

Appointments are available on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Thursday afternoons.

Appointments with children (under 18) are available in person only. When making a booking for a child, enter their details in the ‘Your Information’ section. Please add parent/carer’s name and contactdetails to the Comments box in the Extra Info section.

Please note: for all online appointments, payment is required at the time of booking.

Spinal Flow Packages

  1. Attend your initial assessment and healing session, and discuss your follow up session options with Gillian.

  2. Choose your follow up session option:

    • a single session - book below OR

    • save with a package (4, 6 or 12 sessions).

      1. Purchase your package via the online shop

      2. Book your appointments (or your first few appointments) below. Multiple appointments may be booked on the one day, allow a minimum of 2 hours between appointments. Contact Gillian to discuss your appointment bookings if you’re unsure.
