What is Brain Gym®?

Brain Gym®, also known as Educational Kinesiology or Edu-K, is an active form of kinesiology.

It uses 26 core movements that have been mapped to parts of the brain to help with focus, concentration, balance, coordination, centring emotions, motivation, and body regulation.

Your body movement and brain development have grown together since you were conceived! Brain Gym® works with this natural process of human development by using the 26 movements to help re-educate your body and brain to look at life, and live it, from a different perspective.

Gillian Drew is a qualified practitioner based in Goulburn, NSW. Her work is informed by experience in kinesiology, life coaching, art therapy, Reiki, Brain Gym®, Spinal Flow Technique and supporting people through significant life transitions.

Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and client-centred, creating space for insight, balance, and personal growth to unfold naturally.
