Set yourself goals for 2026
As we head into the coming season, set yourself goals for 2026, plus 2 months of 2027.
That’s right, you don’t have to achieve these goals by 31 December when you’re recovering at the end of the year - give yourself until the end of summer next year!
Set achievable milestones
Set achievable milestones that suit the season ahead, focusing only on what’s possible in the next 3 months: Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer.
Avoid overwhelming yourself by trying to do it all at once. Small steps still mean progress.
Strategise around challenges
Plan for any challenges that may arise, preempt what could go wrong, and avoid the potholes as you go.
Enhance your goal-setting with art therapy
Connect with your goals and the seasons through art therapy to gain insight into your intentions and adjustments you may need to make as you go.
Be supported along the way
Journey through your year with others for accountability, support in the tough times, and celebrations when you kick your goals.

If choosing ‘Pay as you go’, attendance at the upcoming session is assumed.
